particularly helpful. Your rates were the lowest we could find and the processing

with in the past. Your website was very helpful in helping us to select a house
based on the estimated monthly mortgage with your calculator. We were unsure of
what we were able to afford, as rates seem to change on a daily basis. It was easy

Dear Sir,
I have recently obtained a mortgage from your bank. The mortgage was on a house
which my sister has purchased and as she is overseas, all had to be transacted
via specific power of attorney, faxes and e-mails. To add to this, the institution,
suggested by the realtor, with which this transaction had originally been started
was not remotely helpful and offered an outrageous percentage with some vague
promise of finding something better at some point. That was when I remembered
that Shearsons Mortgage had been very helpful when my sister refinanced another
house and so gave you a call.
Not only did he remember who my sister and I were, albeit the initial transaction
had occurred several months ago, but you did in the space of one work day what
the other firm was unable to do in three weeks. Shearsons Mortgage not only
gave us an excellent rate, but asked the right questions and thereby minimized
the usual mountain of paper work.
Both my sister and I are highly pleased and very appreciative of the attention
