To Whom It May Concern:
A few weeks ago as I was surffing the net I came across an ad for Shearsons Mortgage,
so I filled out the information field hit enter and went on about my business.
A couple of days passed and I received a phone call. The voice was pleasant and
professional, it asked a few questions, and made sure that I understood the steps
that would be taken to process a loan application. During the conversation I asked
a few questions which were answered without hesitation. Before this voice hung up
it promised me that there would be another call to inform me whether or not I would
qualify. As I hung up I thought to myself that even though this voice was different
than all of the other ones I had talked to I wouldn't hold my breath until I got that
phone call.
The call did come and so have all the rest that were promised. I have been treated with
respect, kindness, and even some much needed humor. The voice belongs to Lynne Lawrence,
and I personally think she deserves a pat on the back.
