Between User ("You") AND Casa Blanca Mortgage, Inc.,
DBA Shearsons Mortgage.

upon strict enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall not be
construed as a waiver of any provision or right. You agree that regardless
of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising
out of or related to use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed for
arbitration within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose
or be forever barred. You agree to bring any and all claims arising from
or related to the Site to arbitration as administered by JAMS/ENDISPUTE in
the city of Los Angeles, California.
